2. Cooperation Fee

Payment shall be made within 7 working days after the video is published and data is confirmed.
3. Deadline
Video must be published before: 2026-08-08
4. Rights and Obligations
4.1 Party B shall ensure the content is original and complies with platform rules.
4.2 Party A shall provide product materials and make payment on time.
4.3 Both parties shall keep confidential the commercial terms of this agreement.
5. Term of Validity
